Watercress is a type of vegetable plant that is harvested between May and August. Thanks to its excellent content of vitamins A, C and K, as well as its full-bodied/peppery notes, watercress is particularly appreciated in salads. Thanks to its erucic acid content (omega-9 fatty acid), watercress slows hair loss and promotes keratin production. Bonus, this herb stimulates the regeneration of hair follicles (aka where the hair is located) and activates hair growth.
