Zinc PCA is a sebum-regulating agent composed of two distinct active ingredients, Zinc and L-PCA (pyrrolidone carboxylic acid). This active ingredient is particularly interesting from the point of view of the complementarity of these components. Indeed, zinc acts as a purifying anti-seborrheic agent, and L-PCA allows better assimilation of zinc on the epidermis. Ultimately, sebum production is therefore controlled, so a small excess is not to be expected.
